To achieve this, in 2004, the technical team in Bodegas Ondarre selected the best plots of vineyard according to their soil characteristics, orientation of the slopes, age of the stocks and varieties, with the sole aim of obtaining grapes with ideal characteristics. Afterwards, we selected the fruit from these vineyards so as to use only those grapes showing exceptional quality. After making the wine, the ageing process began in April 2005 in new French-oak casks from the most prestigious coopers. This wine is currently finishing its ageing process under the strict control of our technical staff. It was bottled in April after spending 24 months in the barrel and subsequently it will rest for a further 12 months in our bottle cellars in order to qualify as a Reserva wine.

As a member of our Club you can choose to purchase a barrel, the equivalent of 240 75 cl. bottles, at the price of 2,500€, or half a barrel, the equivalent of 120 75 cl. Bottles at the price of 1,400€.
In April 2008 this wine will be taken out of the bottle cellars and labelled with the Club's special label, personalised with your name. From this moment you will have 60 days in which to request the delivery of your wine to your home. You may choose to receive the wine in one or two shipments (half the wine in each delivery). |

Payment is made in two instalments, 50% upon signing the contract, and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the wine, by credit card or bank giro. |

Between April 2007 and April 2008 you can visit the bodega and enjoy an excellent Riojan meal, and during your visit you will be able to check how your own personal wine is evolving. |
