 In stainless steel vats. Controlled temperature 14-16ºC. Yeast carefully selected for its aromatic characteristics.

Second fermentation

 In the bottle with added yeast.

Disgorging

After 14 months in racks.

Residual sugar

8 grams/litre.

Tasting notes

Straw coloured. Fine bubbles, a nice blend of varietal aromas and evolution in the bottle.
