A guided tour lasting around two hours which starts in the vineyard and continues to follow he stages in the cultivation and harvesting of the grapes, reception in the winery, vinification, ageing and bottling

It concludes with a guided tasting of 3 top of the range wines accompanied by a snack based around Iberian pork charcuterie and manchego cheese. It includes a basic introduction to wine tasting.

In a unique day out, enjoy a visit to Casa del Valle in the morning and a tour around Aranjuez in the afternoon, a unique setting declared a World Heritage Site, led by a group of exceptional professional guides who will show you the wonders of this monumental site, the Parterre gardens, Garden of the Isla and ending up with a quick look around the old town.

In Bodegas y Viñedos Casa del Valle we believe that education is fundamental in all areas of life, so we have designed an activity exclusively for schoolchildren aged over 8, lasting approximately an hour and a half. We tour the vineyard and the winery, focussing the explanations on those aspects the school wants us to stress (work in the field and recycling organic matter), the economy (jobs and globalisation of markets), history (changes in the production processes over time), the values of work (effort in pursuit of a very good result in the short, medium and long term), etc.

After the tour, they play a tasting game with 5 aromas which the students will have to identify and also make notes about the colour and aroma of 5 elements. To finish, the visitors are offered a farewell drink of grape juice. The activity can also be organised at weekends with PTAs. Consult the bodega.

Nothing is more addictive than competing with friends and colleagues to find out who is the best. So we challenge you to take part in a team-based tasting game in which the winners get a prize. It consists of a first round in which five pure aromas are tasted (a single aroma per glass) and a second in which different wines are compared. You have to answer a series of questions and you get a point for each correct response, so that after a competitive match with lots of fun, you end up with the winning team.

A competition in which the different teams will have to try and imitate, as faithfully and accurately as possible, the bodega’s forgotten wine. To do so, the teams will be able to buy the elements necessary to tackle the task, although they will encounter certain limitations and difficulties which they may not expect. Group strategy and communication will be key in achieving their goal.

In collaboration with UPGROW Coaches & Mentors, a unique, exclusive training programme has been developed, using wine as the unifying thread running through the event, consisting of 2 bespoke modules (the Employee Experience and the Customer Experience) in which different aspects are approached, focussing on the needs of the companies and those elements which they want to encourage and/or improve. There is no better way to learn than by practising, so our approach is different: we make the students the main players in each of the training days we organise, adapting the content and methodology of the activities to the goals defined by the organisation. The final aim is to strengthen the teams’ capabilities with new skills and real competencies, leading to positive repercussion in their professional and personal settings.
