Lightning never strikes twice in the same place. In the same way that no two vintages, no two harvests are the same, nor are there two identical ways of making the wine. El Rayo is a free wine with no attachments which each year reflects the conditions it has lived. Minimal intervention in the vineyard so that nature can express herself freely in a wine which is traditional in concept, but iconic and memorable in its presentation.
