Exclusive varietal wine made from carefully selected grapes
Harvested at night to ensure maximum quality by avoiding high daytime temperatures. Fermentation took place ata controlled temperature of 23-25°C with 15 days’ maceratíon. Oak-aged for 6-8 mo nths in French and American casks.
This wine has a dark, black-cherry colour. Ripe, jammy fruit aromas together with toasted hints of cocoa and spices. Soft, supple mouth-feel with backbone and good tannins, ripe fruit and a burnt coffee retronasal sensation.
