The Management of BODEGAS OLARRA S.A., a company dedicated to the production, aging, bottling, and marketing of wines under the Rioja DOC, sets as its priority the goal of maintaining and improving its privileged position in the market by ensuring the satisfaction of its customers and collaborators.
To this end, it resolves to:
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, those based on the Codex Alimentarius and the IFS and BRC standards, and with the requirements agreed upon with customers regarding food quality, legality, and safety.
- Provide the necessary resources for the development of the food safety and quality management system and for the continuous improvement of the food safety and quality culture.
- Avoid the risk of fraud by analyzing the vulnerability of all raw materials, packaging, and processes, both internal and subcontracted.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage the acquisition of new ones, thereby increasing our market share.
- Strengthen the planning and continuous improvement of processes to produce quality, safe, legal, authentic, and environmentally sustainable products.
- Ensure the safety of our products with an effective food defense and biosurveillance plan.
- Communicate the corporate policy and business objectives to all employees.
- Minimize our environmental impact by making sustainable use of resources, contributing to pollution prevention, and promoting environmental protection.
- Strengthen social, labor, ethical, and environmental aspects that exceed legal requirements.
- Respect the principles of sustainability: respect for the natural environment, responsible management, and the principles of free competition.
