TASTING NOTES
Acantus rosé has a lively cherry red colour with strawberry highlights. Its bouquet contains very intense aromas of roses and fruit. To the palate it is fresh and tasty, rich in nuances and well assembled.
AGEING
Acantus rosé was prepared by draining the vats after a night´s pouring, and fermented at a very low temperature.
