The special bouquet of Sauvignon Blanc harvested at its maturity, and its great intensity, were the starting point for this wine. It was prepared using selected yeasts and low temperature fermentation. A prolonged period on its finest lees gives it roundness and smoothness.
Acantus white has a very notable golden colour. Its bouquet is notable for its intensity and fineness, with aromas reminiscent of muscatel, white flowers and flint. To the palate, it is balanced and sustained, with a persistent varietal perfume.
